Removing Recycle Bin Off desktop

run -> gpedit.msc -> user Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Desktop -> remove Recycle Bin icon from desktop (double click) -> Enabled

So follow the instruction above, when you see “remove Recycle Bin icon from desktop (double click)”, set to disabled
