		<description><![CDATA[“不”是孩子讨厌听，父母讨厌说的一个字。父母如何聪明地拒绝孩子的不合理要求，其实也是一门艺术。美国“网络医学博士”网站最新载文，刊出哈佛大学教育发展心理学教授、《改变想法的艺术》一书作者霍华德？加德纳总结出“对孩子说不的5种积极方法”，值得父母们学习。 1.用“可以”取代“不行”。纽约市犹太家庭及儿童服务局首席心理学家布鲁斯-格莱朗博士表示，听到父母说“不”时，一些孩子无法理解父母为什么会拒绝自己的要求。例如孩子提出要吃糖，父母说：“晚饭前不准吃糖”，那么只会导致孩子怒气冲天。如果父母说：“可以，饭后我会给你吃糖，现在咱们先吃一个苹果吧”，这种表达方式，孩子会乐于接受。 2.耐心解释说出感受。美国西北大学争端问题专家雷-汤普森教授建议，要向孩子耐心解释，家长为什么不喜欢他的行为。比如，当孩子一遍又一遍地敲饭桌的时候，家长可以说：“这样敲会把饭桌敲坏的，这会让我很伤心。别敲了，好不好？”跟小家伙讲道理似乎是徒劳之举，但的确会让孩子明白一个道理： “他所做的影响了别人，要学会考虑他人的感受。” 3.让孩子二选一。美国著名非盈利机构育儿资源主管克莱尔·勒纳表示，给孩子选择机会，会让小家伙感觉自己有“权力”控制局面。鼓励1—3岁的孩子自己做一些简单的选择，有助培养其独立性。但是选项不宜过多，对幼儿及学龄前儿童而言，“二选一”即可。比如，“在家里只能滚球，在室外可以扔球。你选择哪个？” 4.亲自示范并告诉孩子怎么做。《不打屁股不溺爱》一书作者，育儿专家伊丽莎白-克拉里表示，有些孩子不停地做某件恼人的事，其原因就是小家伙不知道还有啥别的事情可做。这时，父母最好能给予示范并告诉孩子怎样做更好。比如，2岁的亨利老是爱戳小妹妹，家长可以告诉亨利，“亲亲妹妹”或类似的提示，下次小亨利就知道以后怎么做了。 5.态度严肃语气坚定。勒纳表示，父母拒绝孩子时，即便不说“不”，也要态度严肃、语气坚定。同样，在教育孩子的时候，面部表情也应当严肃。让孩子一看就知道，这样的表情意味着“我不喜欢你这么做，你最好给我停下！” &#160;]]></description>
