一:海绵风隔有效吗:
海绵风隔的吸气效率比传统风隔为高,同形状下最多约有30%的增幅。每个海绵风隔专用的矿物配合,能大幅减少汽缸内的尘粒。吸气效果大,引擎自然更加好力。
二:“冬菇”风隔好还是原装位好?
“冬菇 ”风隔的面积大,理应是提供最大吸风量。但由于“冬菇”风隔很多时置于引擎旁边、变相吸入的全是高温低氧密度空气,因而得到反效果。如是不能将“冬菇” 风隔与引擎量分隔,倒不如用原装位海绵风隔。
三:铅制入风Pipe好,还是胶制好?
铅制入风 Pipe 的形状通常放直,内壁较胶制的入风当然较快及畅顺。若果是 Turbo车的话,需在 Inter-cooler 前及后两段分部同时使用才有效。
四:矽制线与原装火咀线的区别
原装火咀线内里是铜线,外包着的是耐热橡胶;矽制线内里是碳芯,外边包着两至三层矽制作绝缘及防热。
五:矽导线有效吗?
铜线的导电能力极高,甚至比矽导线用的碳芯线更好,但头尾插头的导电性稍差,并且在高转时会发出很大的电池波,干扰车内的音响系统,而外面的橡胶遇上过高的引擎温度亦会烧熔。
六:什么是高度数火咀?
市面上可买到的火咀大概由4至9度。度数愈高的火咀,其引擎低温效率愈差,愈高转度爆得愈劲。高转数或高压 Turbo街车用7度火咀已经很足够,再高度数只适合车用。普通私家车3度差不多。
七:多极火咀有效吗?
现时的火咀极头有1至4头,原意是增阔点火范围,令引擎爆炸力更强,燃烧更彻底。但当装置在点火电压不强的车款时,亦可能只有1至2个极能通电点火,而电流也会一分为二变弱,结果是低转行车反应变差,高转则比以前更爽。
八:火咀之前加上电流增压器会怎样:
日本车的点火电压约 2-30,000W左右,高级欧洲车则高至6-100,000W,点火的效能有明显差距。在火咀之前加上电流增压器,其“火柱”会大幅加强,燃爆效果自然更劲!火咀电流增压系统可由所有汽缸共同一组,甚至汽缸独立一组。
九:什么是电脑TUNE?
引擎发动,将CO感应器放在尾处,与电脑测试系统配合。量度每段转速里引擎排气的一氧化碳量。再根据“天书”重新调较点火正时与喷注量,即可令部车又爽又悭油。调校之前必需将风隔、火咀、偈油更换,才会准确。
十:改装行车电脑有效吗?
改装行车电脑即改变原有的点火时间与供油量,电油烧多、副引擎用尽的自然会好力的。但同时亦带来更高引擎热量,更多废气排放及缩减引擎的耐用性。对於自动波车款,改装行车电脑会同时兼顾到自动波的换波反应和效率,因此行车感觉会明显爽的。
十一:自然吸气引擎作用如何?
自然吸气引擎最着重吸 /排气排放率。钢制蕉(排气岐管)的内壁较原装生铁铸蕉滑很多,可能引擎增加 6-10%马力输出,故属车化改装部件。
